<br />EXHIBIT" A" <br /> <br />Sequoia Hospital Precise Plan, Redwood City, California <br />SCOPE OF WORK, SCHEDULE AND FEES <br />KKA Project Number 604 <br /> <br />The objective of the following scope of work is to prepare the Sequoia Hospital Precise Plan for <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City that sets forth the land use objectives, policies, development <br /> <br />standards and design guidelines for the proposed changes to Sequoia Hospital. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK AND SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The key tasks and schedule for this scope of work are as follows: <br /> <br />Task 1. Design Review <br /> <br />March - May 2006 <br /> <br />Review and evaluate the urban design and site planning of the revised and updated <br /> <br />architectural, landscape and site plans for Sequoia Hospital. <br /> <br />Task 2. Prepare Precise Plan <br /> <br />May - October 2006 <br /> <br />Prepare Draft Precise Plan, contents per attached Exhibit B. <br /> <br />Deliverable: Draft Precise Plan <br /> <br />Deliverable: One black and white reproducible hard copy of the Precise Plan <br /> <br />documents, with a compact disk with electronic files of the document provided for City <br /> <br />use. <br /> <br />Task 3. Governmental Approval Process <br /> <br />October 2006 - January 2007 <br /> <br />Support Staff's preparation of staff reports for the Joint Study Session, Planning Commission <br /> <br />and City Council hearings. <br /> <br />Task 4. Final Documents <br /> <br />January 2007 - March 2007 <br /> <br />Prepare final document, in coordination with city staff, for city use, incorporating comments from <br /> <br />the public hearing and approval process. <br /> <br />Agreement over $1 OK <br />City Attorney Approved Version 111803 <br />
