1. Those certain applications to the Metropolitan Transportation <br />Commission for grant funds in the total amount of Four Hundred Sixty Thousand <br />and No/100 Dollars ($460,000.00) for fiscal year 1999-2000 funding, entitled, <br />"Application Documents: TDA Article 3 Bicycle/Pedestrian Projects" for the <br />Projects, a copy of which applications are on file in the office of the Community <br />Development Services Director, to which copies reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars thereof, are hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute said applications and such other documents <br />as may be pertinent, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2.
