In any case, ffridership <br />levels were to rise to the level where costs approached $6,000 per month, it would become <br />necessary to consider converting service to a more traditional fixed route / fixed schedule service <br />in order to contain costs and maintain an attractive per trip public subsidy. <br />ASSUMPTIONS AND EXPLANATIONS <br /> <br />Resources <br /> <br />The fees quoted in this proposal assume that City of Kedwood City resources will be available to <br />assist with the implementation and management of the this pilot program as appropriate. At a <br />minimum it is assumed that the following resources will be available. <br /> <br /> · Access to City legal staff to review vendor contracts and agreements. <br /> Miscellaneous on-site copier and printer services to facilitate information di~tribtrdon and <br /> marketing <br /> · Access to city public works and police s~ces to support particular program aspects. <br /> <br /> Fee Basis <br /> <br /> The fees quoted in this proposal are based on AMBER's estimate of hours required to fulfill each <br /> of the responsibilities defmed in this proposal AlvI-BER will charge onfy for hours actually <br /> spent performing those duties outlined in this scope of work. AMBER will not exceed the fees <br /> quoted in this proposal without approval from the City of Redwood City.
