serviced by the City's services; and cancellation, and the

proposed alternate use, will not result in any large impact on the

City's services, change in dependency on City support, or require

the extension of municipal services to remote residential

enclaves.

d) The subject parcels are each less than ten (10)

acres in size and are not classified as "prime agricultural land",

as documented by that certain hand-drawn map and those certain

agricultural descriptions prepared by the Half Moon Bay office of

the Soil Conservation Services, U.S. Department of Agriculture,
collectively labeled "Exhibit L", attached hereto and incorporated
by reference, and therefore are not, either individually or in the
aggregate, large enough to sustain agricultural uses which serve
the public interest as set forth in Government Code Section 51222.
(2) There is no proximate noncontracted land which is
both available and suitable for the use to which it is proposed
the contracted land be put. All non-contracted property of
approximately 10 acres MOL within a one-mile radius of the subject
property was researched. All such parcels researched were either
under development and not available for use or were so limited in
size such that they could not serve as a practical alternative for
the use which is proposed for the restricted land.
Alternatively, as described herein and more

particuliarly documented by those certain Redwood City Aerial

Pictures, number 17 and 18 of the Engineering Divison of the

Redwood City Community Development Department, the development of

the contracted land will provide a complete contiguous pattern of

6.
