This Council hereby determines and certifies that the <br />amount of the cancellation fee which shall be payable prior to <br />cancellation of said two contracts shall be Thirty-one Thousand <br />Seven Hundred Forty-nine and 88/100 Dollars ($31,749.88), <br />allocated as follows: <br />AMOUNT OF FEE(S) <br />(a) APN 059-240-820 <br />(b) APN 059-240-(860,880) <br /> <br />$17,215.38 <br />$14,534.50 <br /> <br />D. This Council does hereby tentatively approve the petition <br /> <br /> <br />to cancel two Williamson Act contracts as previously described. <br /> <br /> <br />Such tentative cancellation shall be conditioned upon fulfillment <br /> <br /> <br />of the following requirements: <br /> <br /> <br />(a) Payment to the County Treasurer of a cancellation <br /> <br />fee in the amount of Thirty-one Thousand Seven <br /> <br />Hundred Forty-nine and 88/100 Dollars ($31,749.88); <br /> <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> <br />(b) Payment to the City of Three Hundred and 00/100 <br /> <br />Dollars ($300.00) as an application fee to cover the <br /> <br /> <br />expense of administering the request for such <br /> <br />cancellation. <br /> <br />E. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of <br /> <br /> <br />this resolution to the County Auditor, thereby certifying the <br /> <br /> <br />amount of the cancellation fee described in paragraph C hereof; <br /> <br /> <br />and further, to record in the Office of the County Recorder a <br /> <br />7 . <br />
