The Units are determined to be public nuisances because <br /> <br />they endanger the life, health, property and safety of the <br /> <br />occupants of the Units and affect the health and safety of the <br /> <br />neighborhood and persons in the surrounding vicinity of the <br /> <br />Units. <br /> <br />2. The specific findings supporting the determination that <br /> <br />the Units constitutes public nuisances are shown in the summaries <br /> <br />of official reports, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> <br />reference, labeled as follows: <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B) <br /> <br />Correspondence from <br />Building Inspector to <br />Building Official <br /> <br />(August 3, 1987) <br /> <br />EXHIBIT C) <br /> <br />Correspondence from <br />Building Inspector <br />to Owner <br /> <br />(May 5, 1987; <br />April 3, 1987; <br />January 16, 1987) <br /> <br />3. The owners of the Units are hereby directed to abate <br /> <br />such public nuisances within thirty (30) days from the date of <br /> <br />this hearing by razing or removing the Units. <br /> <br />4. The owners of the Units are hereby notified that unless <br /> <br />the owners abate such nuisances within such thirty (30) day <br /> <br />period the Units will be razed or removed by the City and all <br /> <br />expenses thereof shall be made a lien on the property at 124 <br /> <br />Lincoln Avenue Street (APN 053-093-070) in accordance with the <br /> <br />provisions of Section 9.8 of the Redwood City Code. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
