-~

~
\

-

May 5, 1987

Mr. A.H. Davies
1101 El Camino Real
Redwood City, California 94063

Re: 124 Lincoln Avenue, Redwood City
APN 053-093-070

This letter is in response to our meeting with John LaTorra
and Joel Patterson on May 4, 1987. After investigating all
possible alternatives in your situation at 124 Lincoln, we
find no other solution but to demolish the three structures
at the rear of the property.

By spending a substantial amount of money, the buildings
could be brought up to the minimum requirements of the
Housing Code. This would not however, resolve the zoning
violations. There is no possible way the lot dimensions or
total lot size will justify having four units on the
property.

Because of this, we are asking that you serve your tenants
with eviction notices immediately, and that you have the
three structures demolished by June 15, 1987.

A reinspection will be made on June 15, 1987. If the
buildings are not demolished by that date, they will be
posted and the matter turned over to the City Council for
abatement action.

Jerome J.
