BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter into and <br />execute all necessary and appropriate documents (in form approved by the City <br />Attorney) for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City for the purchase of the <br />comprehensive mobile automation system for police vehicles from Lucent <br />Technologies in the total amount of One Million Five Hundred Eighty-four <br />Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-five and No/100 Dollars ($1,584,845.00) <br />pursuant to the Cooperative Purchase Provision of the City of Campbell's Bid <br />No. RFPCR980302, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2. Any informality in the aforementioned City of Campbell's Bid No. <br /> RFPCR980302 is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3.
