<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> <br />The following Scope of Goods/Services is to be provided to the City by the Contractor <br />under this Agreement: <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL <br />ENGINEERING AND GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES <br />(TRC Lowney) <br /> <br />The Contractor's proposal entitled "Change Order Request - Redwood Shores Branch <br />Library" dated August 14, 2007, ("Proposal") is attached to this ExhibitA and is <br />incorporated herein by this reference. The Scope of Services to be provided to the City <br />by the Contractor, the cost estimates and fees, and the time frame during which the <br />Services are to be provided under this Agreement are fully set forth in the Proposal. <br /> <br />3 <br />
