<br />referenced project as presented in our agreement dated November 27, 2006.

<br />Based on our recent site visits and discussions with you and the contractors, we understand that remaining work
<br />involving our services may include sidewalk subgrade and aggregate base, and pavement subgrade and aggregate
<br />base.
