This document <br />will serve as our agreement to work together. <br /> <br />THE PROJECT <br /> <br />Our mission is to <br />develop a program that <br />will add value to your <br />project <br /> <br />We performed a geotechnical investigation for the project and <br />presented the results in our October 19, 2004 report titled, "Design-Level Geotechnical <br />Investigation, Redwood Shores Branch Library, Redwood City, California." Our close <br />proximity and familiarity with the subsurface conditions and local experience will save you <br />time and money during construction. <br /> <br />The project as presently planned consists of constructing a single story branch library building <br />supported on driven, precast, prestressed concrete friction piles. Associated parking, <br />underground utilities, and landscape ar~as are also planned. <br /> <br />PROJ ECT TEAM <br /> <br />Our team for this project consists of Scott E. Fitinghoff, P.E., G.E., Principal Engineer; Fred N. <br />Brovold, P.E., G.E., Senior Project Engineer; and Robert T. Harrigan, Area Manager, <br />Construction Services.
