Task 9: Staff/Developer Review Meeting (#4). Review sketch plans, initial staff issues and <br />recommendations. Discuss/note developer comments, issues, and preferred master plan approach. <br /> <br />Task 10: Modifications/Illustrative Plan/Summary Memo. Prepare recommended illustrative site <br />development master plan (black/white "rooftop plan") based on staff and developer input. Prepare brief <br />memorandum summarizing initial sketch plans, and key land use and design policies for the <br />recommended plan. Submit draft memorandum for staff/developer review. <br /> <br />Task 11: Staff/Developer Review Meeting (#5). Review illustrative plan and memo. Note modifications, <br />additional information needed as appropriate. <br /> <br />Task 12: Final Plan/Memo Modifications. Submit to City staff. <br /> <br />Task 13: Prepare/Attend Public Forum. Assist staff to facilitate review and discussion of context, issues, <br />and scenarios by public officials. Use plan graphics and slides of site, surroundings, and comparable <br />development in Redwood City and/or other cities as appropriate to clarify recommendations. <br /> <br /> Budget & Terms <br /> <br />Cost for completion of Work Tasks described herein is estimated at $13,558, including project <br />administration, insurance, and reimbursable project costs. This is a time and materials project with a <br />guaranteed maximum fee for completion of all Work Tasks. The attached spreadsheet outlines estimated <br />costs on a per task basis. The spreadsheet is intended to indicate the general proportion of costs assigned <br />to each task, and to serve as a basis for negotiating the scope of work; it is not intended as a basis for task- <br />by-task contracting or invoicing. <br /> <br /> -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
