<br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to declare said <br /> <br />property surplus and authorize its sale in accordance with Section 3-1/2 of the <br /> <br />Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby finds, determines and declares that this item <br /> <br />listed on Exhibit "A" is surplus; that it is no longer necessary or required for <br /> <br />municipal or public purposes; and that the appraised value of the item to be sold <br /> <br />is more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5.000). <br /> <br />2.
