1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter into and <br />execute all necessary and appropriate documents (in form approved by the City <br />Attorney) for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City for the purchase of one <br />(1) LTl 100' Tractor Drawn Aerial Ladder Fire Truck from Simon Ladder Towers, <br />Inc. for a total cost of Five Hundred Twenty-four Thousand Six Hundred Forty- <br />Five and 53/100 Dollars ($524,645.53) pursuant to the Cooperative Purchase <br />Provision of the City of San Mateo's Purchase Order No. P-37699, a copy of <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. Any informality in the aforementioned City of San Mateo Purchase <br />Order No. P-37699 is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3.
