<br />DES:sh 6/17/87 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />the purchase of said Uninterruptible power Supply Unit (UPS) and <br />Battery Back Up in accordance with the abovementioned bid <br />proposal, a copy of which proposal is presently on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, to which reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />3. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Liebert <br />Corporation is hereby waived. <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br />lease-purchase agreement evidencing the aforesaid transaction, <br />and the City Manager, Director of Finance, or other appropriate <br />officials are hereby authorized to execute such other documents <br />as may be appropriate to perfect the acquisition of said <br />equipment through said lease-purchase arrangement: provided, <br />however, that all such documents evidencing such acquisition <br />shall be subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
