<br />T)AS: sh <br />.IAS: sh <br /> <br />11/26/86 <br />12/01/86R <br /> <br />adjacent to Hawes Court pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of <br /> <br />Division 9 (commencing with Section 8300) of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Council hereby declares its intention to vacate <br /> <br />a non-access restriction along a portion of Hawes Court as such <br /> <br />restriction is hereinafter described, and elects to proceed with <br /> <br />such vacation pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 <br /> <br />(commencing with Section 8300) of the Streets and Highways Code, <br /> <br />if payment is made. <br /> <br />2. The non-access restriction along a portion of Hawes <br /> <br />Court to be vacated was established by and designated on that <br /> <br />certain grant deed described in Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />3. Notice is hereby given that Monday, January 5, 1987, at <br /> <br />the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Board of Supervisors <br /> <br />Chambers, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California, is the <br /> <br />time and place set for hearing all persons interested in, or <br /> <br />objecting to, the proposed vacation. <br /> <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause publication <br /> <br />of hearing and proposed vacation notices to be made in accordance <br /> <br />with the provisions of Section 8322 of the Streets and Highways <br /> <br />Code, and to cause postings of hearing and proposed vacation <br /> <br />notices to be made in accordance with the provisions of Section <br /> <br />8323 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
