<br />DAS:sh 10/15/86 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, amendments to the Maintenance Agreement must be <br /> <br />approved by the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. That Lot Owners' proposed amendment to Section 2, <br /> <br /> <br />Liabili ty Insurance of "19 Ft. Private Ingress/Egress Easement <br /> <br />Maintenance Agreement", attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and <br /> <br /> <br />incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> <br />2. That Nautilus Insurance Policy No. L13915 as endorsed, <br /> <br /> <br />purchased by Mr. Sam Halstead, subdivider and lot owner at <br /> <br />Cordilleras Heights Unit No.4, is hereby approved as a City <br /> <br /> <br />granted exception allowed under the Lot Owners' proposed <br /> <br />amendment to Maintenance Agreement in Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
