1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter into and <br /> execute all necessary and appropriate documents (in form approved by the City <br /> Attorney) for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City for the purchase of one <br /> (1) Regenerative Air Sweeper from GCS Western Power Equipment for a total <br /> cost of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Forty-three and 66/100 <br /> Dollars ($114,543.66) pursuant to the Cooperative Purchase Provision of the City <br /> of Galt's Purchase Order No. 4936, a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br /> City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. Any informality in the aforementioned City of Gait Purchase Order No. <br /> 4936 is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3.
