Fiscal Year 2005/06 Financial Reports - City Council/Redevelopment Agencv <br /> <br />Financial Services Director Ponty explained both this item and Item 7.B as <br />recommended by the Audit Committee. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />On December 11, 2006 the Audit Committee members met with the Finance <br />Director and the City's independent auditors, Caporicci and Larson, to review the <br />general fund financial results for FY 2005/06 and review the Recommendations to <br />Management (Attachment III) prepared by the auditors. <br /> <br />M/S Foust/Aguirre that the City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board <br />acknowledge acceptance of the City's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report <br />(Attachment II) and Redevelopment Agency's Basic Financial Statements <br />(Attachment IV). General Fund Transfer to Self Insurance Fund (Workers' Compensation Fund) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />M/S Foust/Aguirre to adopt a resolution appropriating and transferring $1,100,000 <br />from the General Fund unreserved fund balance to the Self Insurance Fund. <br /> <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION 14760 APPROPRIATING AND TRANSFERRING $1,100,000 <br />FROM THE GENERAL FUND UNRESERVED FUND BALANCE TO THE SELF <br />INSURANCE FUND.
