To provide at least 10 residents and/or agencies with <br />technical assistance in site modifications. <br /> <br />Contractor also agrees to provide quarterly budget expenditure reports <br /> <br />to the City, on or before September 1, 1987. Contractor shall furnish <br /> <br />City with a detailed statement of the purpose for which any portion or <br /> <br />all of the monies to be paid by city hereunder was expended, which <br /> <br />statement shall be subject to review and approval of City.
