Such notice shall set forth the effective date of such <br /> <br />termination. City may terminate this agreement upon determination <br />by City that the funds are being used for purposes other than those <br /> <br />stated in this agreement. <br /> <br />7. tlQ~Q_tl~BM~~Q~~ Contractor agrees to and shall Indemnify <br /> <br />and hold the City harmless (Including legal expenses) from any and <br /> <br />all claims, suits, actions and/or proceedings, whether In law or In <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />equity, resulting from the use, expenditure, appropriation dlsburse- <br /> <br />ment, or other disposition of the funds furnished to Contractor by <br /> <br />City hereunder. <br /> <br />8. ~IIX_Q~~lg~I!QH~~ City agrees to pay the Contractor <br />the total sum of SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHT-FIVE AND NO/tOO <br /> <br />DOLLARS ($7,985.00) for exclusive use by Contractor during the Fiscal <br /> <br />Year commencing July 1, 1986 and ending June 30, 1987 to assist <br /> <br />Contractor in providing services as specified under paragraph 9 to <br /> <br />Redwood City residents. <br /> <br />9. ~Q~IBA~IQB~Q_Q~blgAIlQHQ~ Contractor agrees to accomplish the <br />following objectives: <br /> <br />a. To provide outreach services to Redwood City residents as <br />follows: <br />1. at least 2 speaking engagements @ centralized Redwood <br />City sites. <br />2. develop outreach mailing materials. <br />3. at least 2 mailings to Redwood City residents & agencies <br />
