Contractor shall coordinate its <br />activities with similar programs conducted by the City or other <br />organizations as determined by City. <br />3. HQH=QI~gBI~IHAIIQH~ Contractor hereby warrants and agrees <br />that it does conduct and operate its program on a non-discriminatory <br />~ <br />basis# with equal treatment and access to its services and <br />facilities without regard to race# color# religion# national origin <br />or ancestry. <br />4. A~~QYHI!Hg~ Contractor shall at all times keep accurate and <br />complete records and accounts of all expenditures# obligations# and <br />financial transactions incurred or made pursuant to the terms of this <br />agreement. Said records and accounts relating to these transactions <br />incurred or made pursuant to the terms of this agreement. Said records <br />and accounts relating to these transactions shall be made available for <br />inspection and/or audit by City# its agents or employees and the public <br />at any and all reasonable times. <br />5. AYQ!I~ City shall audit the records or accounts of Contractor <br />for the purpose of verifying the expenditures or accountings made or <br />provided by Contractor hereunder. <br />
