<br />CITY OF REDWOOD CTTV <br />Fire Prevention A. ~ (Continued) <br /> <br />Ability to: <br /> <br />Recognize and appraise fire hazards. <br /> <br />Meet and deal tactfully and effectively with the public. <br />Prepare clear and concise reports, and to speak and write effectively. <br />Follow proper inspection techniques. <br /> <br />Read maps. <br /> <br />Read and write effectively. <br /> <br />Experience and Education <br /> <br />Any combination equivalent to experience and education that would likely <br />provide the required knowledge and ability would be qualifying. A <br />typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: <br /> <br />Experience: <br /> <br />One (1) year of experience in building construction or related <br />inspection work. <br /> <br />Education: <br /> <br />Equivalent to completion of the twelfth (12th) grade. <br /> <br />License <br /> <br />Must have a valid California Driver's License and a good driving record <br />while employed in this capacity. <br /> <br />PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: <br /> <br />Must be in sufficiently good health to perform job duties.
