The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. (503) <br />MINUTE ORDER 07 -011 <br />RD MINUTE ORDER 07 -001 <br />B. General Fund Transfer to Self Insurance Fund (Workers' Compensation Fund) <br />Recommendation: <br />M/S Foust/Aguirre to adopt a resolution appropriating and transferring $1,100,000 <br />from the General Fund unreserved fund balance to the Self Insurance Fund. (505) <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION 14760 APPROPRIATING AND TRANSFERRING $1,100,000 <br />FROM THE GENERAL FUND UNRESERVED FUND BALANCE TO THE SELF <br />INSURANCE FUND. THUS REDUCING THE GENERAL FUND AVAILABLE BALANCE <br />BY $1.1 MILLION. <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br />8. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST - <br />A. Legislation (information only) - This sub - section involves possible discussion of <br />City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California Cities <br />Priority Focus Bulletin No. 46 -2006, 47 -2006, and 48 -2006. Council may direct staff <br />to act on positions taken by Council. (Copies of League of California Cities Priority <br />Focus available in City Clerk's Department). <br />B. City /County Association of Governments (C /CAG) of San Mateo County Re- <br />authorization of the Congestion Relief Program (supplemental information available <br />at the City Clerk's Office) <br />Council Member Howard explained the C /CAG role and the purpose of this topic <br />being presented. She stated that C /CAG administers funds with one of the <br />programs being the San Mateo County Congestion Relief Program. She further <br />stated that the hope is that there will be an increase in the fund to not only do <br />existing programs but expand and do more programs to relieve traffic congestion in <br />the community. <br />Rich Napier, C /CAG Executive Director, explained the program and provided a <br />summary handout.
