Vice Mayor Foust — announced the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday, March <br />15, 2007 — the 22 Annual Freedom Train that begins with a celebration breakfast <br />at 9:30 a.m. at the downtown San Mateo Caltrain station.
