<br />DES:djc 6/05/86 <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties to the Transmission Agreement desi <br /> <br />confirm <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />sanitary <br /> <br />sewerage <br /> <br />treatment <br /> <br />capacity <br /> <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />include the Annexing Terri tory wi thin the service area 0 <br /> <br />Transmission Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, paragraph XI of the Transmission Agreement pro <br /> <br />that the parties thereto may revise, alter, amend or suppl <br /> <br />said agreement in writing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties to the Capacity Agreement desi e to <br /> <br />allocated thereunder shall not be utilized for treatmen <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />sewage emanating from the Annexing Territory; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD ITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Consent is hereby granted to the annexation 0 <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Annexing Territory to the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Mainte ance <br /> <br />2.
