The Annexing Territory is all that certain real pro erty <br /> <br />si tuate in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br /> <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 1 as shown on that certain Parcel Map filed in <br />the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, <br />State of California, on April 5, 1968 in Book 5, Parcel <br />Maps of San Mateo County, page 7. <br />(APN 068-120-250) <br /> <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and direct d to <br /> <br /> <br />execute that certain agreement by and between the City of Re <br /> <br />City, the County of San Mateo, and the Emerald Lake Heights ewer <br /> <br />Maintenance District entitled, "Supplemental Agreement No. 8 to <br /> <br />Agreement for Sewage Transmission, Treatment and Disposal of <br /> <br />Sani tary Sewerage By and Between the City of Redwood City the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo and the Emerald Lake Heights <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br /> <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Maintenance District" in the form of Exhibit "I" hereof, <br /> <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the <br /> <br />San <br /> <br />Mateo and to the owners of the Annexing Territory. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br />
