This Council hereby agrees, for and on behalf of the <br /> <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, to provide matching funds in the amount of <br /> <br /> <br />$6,560 for the aforesaid fiscal year under the Community Crime <br /> <br /> <br />Resistance Program. <br /> <br />3. This Council does hereby certify, in accordance with <br /> <br />pertinent rules and regulations of the Community Crime Resistance <br /> <br /> <br />Program, that grant funds received pursuant to the grant <br /> <br />hereinabove approved shall not be used to supplant law <br /> <br />enforcement expenditures otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of <br /> <br />this Council. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
