Meeting with City Staff to review final design boards upon approval from public <br /> process. Meeting Report will be provided. <br /> 2.Selection of specific materials and components. <br /> 3.Preparation of finite design layout and materials plan. <br /> 4. Modify base plan as required to incorporate City comments, survey, and pertinent <br /> data. <br /> 5. Develop a set of drawings equivalent to 50% documentation level. Drawings that <br /> identify all design elements for review and approval by City Staff will be provided: <br /> a) Grading, Drainage, and Utility Concepts <br /> b) Field Design <br /> c) Hard Surface and Softscape Concepts, including surface types, color and <br /> planting. <br /> d) Irrigation Design <br /> 6. Develop Design Development Manual for entire project. Manual will contain the <br /> following: <br /> a) Preliminary construction details <br /> b) Manufacturer's cut sheets and information for proposed materials and <br /> equipment. <br /> c) Draft specifications. (Division One and Two) <br /> d) Statement of Probable Costs. <br /> 7.Submittal preparation and coordination. <br /> 8.In-house Redline and review Quality Control (QC). <br /> 9. Meeting with City Staff for review and approval to proceed with preparation of final <br /> plans and specifications. Meeting Report will be provided. <br /> 10. Project Administration as required to coordinate work with the City and between <br /> subconsultants. <br /> <br />D.
