The third will be a Design Development Phase, in which we will develop a finite <br /> design of civil engineering, landscaping, and play area plans that will be used as <br /> the basis for the construction documents. <br /> 4. The fourth and final phase will be the Construction Documents, which includes a <br /> 70%, 95%, and Bid/Backcheck submittal. The end product will be construction <br /> documents with plans, specifications and statement of probable construction costs. <br /> <br /> SPECIFIC SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The firm of Beals Sports Collaborative, proposes to provide the following services in accordance <br /> with our above stated understanding of the project: <br /> <br />A. Project Start-up and Pre-planning <br /> 1. Review preliminary project schedule through project completion and prepare final <br /> project schedule. <br /> 2. One kick-off meeting with the City to determine the project intent, scope, budget, <br /> and timetable. Meeting Report will be provided. <br /> 3. Project start-up administrative tasks will include the following: <br /> a) Establish files and administrative procedures. <br /> b) Finalize, prepare and adopt sub-consultant contracts as necessary. <br /> 4. Review all data pertinent to the project including survey, site maps, reports, and <br /> pertinent historical data. (City to provide above information). <br /> 5. Review City/County codes, ordinances, and policies pertaining to the proposed <br /> project design. <br /> 6. Visit the project site to complete a visual inventory of the existing conditions and <br /> adjacent environmental influences. <br /> 7. Based on survey and topography data provided by City, input into computer and <br /> develop existing conditions base for Analysis and Design. <br /> 8. Project Administration. <br /> <br />B. Analysis and Design 1. Prepare board showing analysis of existing conditions. <br /> 2. Hold an internal workshop to develop the Preliminary Base and Cost Estimate. <br /> 3. Prepare Preliminary Concept graphic board and presentation materials as required. <br /> 4. Hold one (1) Public Forum / Informational workshop. Meeting Report will be <br /> provided. <br /> 5. Preparation of Final Concept Plan to include the following elements: <br /> a) Grading / Drainage Design <br /> b) Hardscape / Soffscape Design <br /> c) Budget Analysis <br /> 6. Prepare graphic board and materials for presentation to City Staff, <br /> 7. One meeting with City Staff to review and comment on Final Concept Plans. <br /> Meeting Report will be provided. <br /> 8.
