Construction Documents <br /> 1. 70% Submittal Package - Five Sets of blue lines and project manuals <br /> 2. 95% Submittal Package - Five Sets of blue lines and project manuals <br /> 3. Bid Submittal Package - One Set of mylar drawings and electronic copy of project <br /> manual <br /> 4. Meeting Reports <br /> <br /> SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />A. Without attempting to be all-inclusive and for purposes of clarity, the following items are <br /> specifically not included in the Scope of Services: <br /> 1. Meetings other than those listed. <br /> 2. Engineering (Structural, Mechanical, Geotechnical) <br /> 3. Electrical Design (for any lighting improvements) <br /> <br />B. On January of each calendar year, the unbilled portion of this agreement will be subject to <br /> an approved increase to cover annual wage adjustments for office personnel. <br /> <br />C. Services will be diligently pursued and every reasonable effort will be made to meet the <br /> mutually agreed upon schedule.
