Bruce & Co. $ 4,560.00 <br /> <br />Construction Documentation: $70,925.00 <br /> Beals Sports Collaborative: $50,725.00 <br /> Jeffrey L. Bruce & Co. $14,400.00 <br /> MTH Engineers $ 5,800.00 <br /> <br />Reimbursables: $ 9,500.00 <br /> Beals Sports Collaborative: $ 6,000.00 <br /> Jeffrey L. Bruce & Co.: $ 3,500.00 <br /> <br />Total Fee: $'126,887.00 <br /> <br />Beals Sports Collaborative will be entitled to bill reimbursable expenses as noted on the <br />attached Charge Rate Schedule. Additional services will be charged on a time and matedal basis. <br />Charges for additional services will be billed separately. <br /> <br />Should the project be delayed beyond the agreed upon project schedule by the Client to a level <br />that puts the project on hold, a re-start fee will apply.
