eals <br /> .sports .collaborative <br /> <br />CHANGE IN SERVICES <br />Client may order changes in scope or character of service, either decreasing or increasing the <br />amount of Consultant's services, and if necessary, changing the character of services. In the <br />event that such changes are ordered, Consultant is entitled to full compensation for all services <br />performed and expenses incurred prior to receipt of notice of change. <br /> <br />TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT <br />In the event the project is terminated or indefinitely suspended in the manner herein provided, the <br />Landscape Architect shall turn over copies of any and all documents completed to that date. The <br />Landscape ^rchitect shall be entitled to compensation up to and including said termination date. <br />Original work shall remain the property of Beals Sports Collaborative. <br /> <br />REGISTRATION <br />Beals Sports Collaborative is licensed under William J. Beals III, Landscape Architect to practice <br />in the State of California. Landscape Architects are regulated by the California Board of <br />Landscape Architects. Any questions concerning a Landscape Architect may be referred to the <br />Board at: <br /> <br /> Landscape Architects Program <br /> 400 R Street, Suite 4000 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95814 <br /> Telephone: (916) 445-4954 <br /> <br />BILLINGS AND PAYMENT <br />Invoices will be sent by the 10th of the month for work completed through the 25th of the previous <br />month. Any additional services will be billed separate from contracted services.
