All other items of work including utility <br /> <br />adjustments, curb, gutter and sidewalk, and engineering <br /> <br />shall be ineligible unless specifically approved by the San <br /> <br />Mateo County Public Works Department. <br /> <br />IV. ELIGIBLE PROJECTS <br /> <br /> <br />Projects for the rehabilitation of streets utilized by <br /> <br /> <br />regularly scheduled SamTrans buses are eligible for program <br /> <br />funding. <br /> <br />A listing of the projects that the city or county wishes to <br /> <br /> <br />construct under the program, generally describing the work pro- <br /> <br /> <br />posed, its cost and the approximate timetable as to when the <br /> <br /> <br />project will be undertaken shall be submitted by June 1, 1986. <br /> <br />See submittal form (Exhibit "C"). For purposes of rating, each <br /> <br /> <br />project shall involve rehabilitation of a single street. <br /> <br />V. RATING OF PROJECTS <br /> <br /> <br />The criteria for prioritizing shall consist of the following: <br /> <br /> <br />Buses <br /> <br />1 - Percent of ADT <br /> <br />2 - Total trips per route/day/project location <br /> <br />Street Classifications <br /> <br />Arterial <br /> <br /> <br />Collector <br /> <br />Minor <br /> <br />Cost Effectiveness <br /> <br /> <br />Project Rating/Cost <br /> <br /> <br />All projects will be evaluated on the basis of these factors <br /> <br /> <br />as shov,'n on Exhibi t "A". <br /> <br />-2- <br />
