RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING SALARY AND <br /> RELATED COMPENSATION PLANS FOR POSITIONS OF <br /> EMPLOYMENT WITH THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY INCLUDED <br /> IN THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT CLASSIFICATIONS, AND <br /> RESCINDING PARAGRAPHS '1 AND 2 OF RESOLUTION NO. <br /> 13877 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The monthly salary rates in dollars are hereby established for positions <br /> included in the Executive Management classifications of the City of Redwood <br /> City as set forth in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein, and the hourly and bi-weekly equivalent rates for such <br /> positions as set forth in said Exhibit are likewise hereby established, in ranges, <br /> effective from and after July 2, 2002. <br /> <br /> 2. Persons appointed on a part-time basis to positions in the employment <br />classifications designated in Exhibit A hereof shall be compensated on an hourly <br />basis in accordance with the salary rates set forth in said Exhibit for the <br />respective positions of employment. <br /> <br /> 3. Resolution No. 14398 entitled, "Resolution Establishing and Adopting <br />Salary and Related Compensation Plans for Positions of Employment with the <br />City of Redwood City Included in the Executive Management Classification, and <br />Rescinding Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Resolution No. 13877", adopted October 22, <br />2001, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />F:Atty/Reso/Reso.1336 1 <br />1O2102 <br /> <br /> <br />
