The <br /> purpose of this engagement is to provide a critical review of the population assumptions and <br /> facility space planning assumptions as the EIR is being written. I have reviewed the Initial Study <br /> and Environmental Checklist for the project and have based the tasks shown in this letter on that <br /> document alons ',ith phone conversations with you and Mike Church. This proposal assumes <br /> that Kaiser representatives will share source documents and forecast methodologies mentioned in <br /> the draft checklist prior to the initial meeting. An estimate of hours by task is shown, however I <br /> would recommend the contract be completed on a time and expense basis. <br /> <br /> Task Estimated <br /> Hours <br /> 1, Project Orientation: <br /> · Teleconferences with Redwood City, Kaiser and EIP 6 <br /> representatives. <br /> · Review proposed Master Plan project (overall plan, space '24 <br /> assumptions by type of space, volume projections). <br /> · Review Kaiser documents (regional satellite strategy, demographic 12 <br /> and membership projections, etc.). <br /> · Review Kaiser work papers relating i foreca of population 8 <br /> (staff, patients, physicians, visitors, vendors/service staff). <br /> 2.
