The member <br />will receive notice of CONTRACTOR'S proposed on-site or field service to customers by the Service <br />Conftrmation Form, which will be s~t to participating members through electronic marl. Members will <br />have FIVE DAYS from receipt of Service Confirmation Form to reject on-site or field service to a <br />customer.
