Motorola shall report to the County Manager the filing by any such Motorola (1) any <br />complaint of discrimination in any court, or (2) any charge with the Equal Opportunity <br />Commission, the Fair Employment and Housing Commission or any other entity charged <br />with the investigation of allegations of discrimination. Motorola shall provide such <br />repoa to the County Manager within a reasonable time after Motorola's receipt of notice <br />of such filing, unless such court, commission, or other entity has notified Motorola that <br />such filing has been dismissed or is otherwise unfounded. For the limited purpose of <br />verifying Motorola's compliance with this provision, Customer (acting by the County <br />Manager) shall have the fight to inspect Motorola's compliance records concerning the <br />relevant employees. Such inspection of records will occur upon reasonable advanced <br />notice, at a reasonable frequency, at Customer's expense, and at the location where such <br />compliance records are ordinarily kept. Customer agrees to keep confidential and not <br />disclose to any other party all such compliance records of Motorola. Motorola agrees to <br />provide cooperation .and reasonable assistance to Customer in the performance of such <br />inspection. <br /> <br />L. NOTICES.
