The lowest responsible bid of $31,388.00, was received from the construction firm of <br />Evans Brothers, Inc. of Livermore, California. This bid is considered a good and <br />responsive bid. <br /> <br />A copy of the Agreement is available for review in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />Alternative <br />Reject all bids and delay the demolition.
