<br />DES:djc 1/24/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10127 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 2 7 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECOND <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT RELATING TO CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION <br />AND INSPECTION CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE SEAPORT BOULEVARD <br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />(TRI-STATE ENGINEERING COMPANY AND JOHN HEINDEL) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Tri-State Engineering <br /> <br />Company and John Heindel (collectively, "Consultants") entered <br /> <br />into an agreement dated April 25, 1985 (the "Basic Agreement") <br /> <br />pursuant to which Consultants agreed to perform certain contract <br /> <br />administration and inspection consulting services for the City's <br /> <br />Seaport Boulevard Reconstruction and Assessment District Project <br /> <br />(the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and Consultants entered into a First <br /> <br />Amendment to the Basic Agreement dated November 12, 1985 (the <br /> <br />"First Amendment") amending the provisions of the Basic Agreement <br /> <br />relating to the scope of services, compensation, and the term <br /> <br />thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City requires additional consulting services <br /> <br />for the Project beyond the time of the term as specified in the <br /> <br />Basic Agreement and the First Amendment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council a Second Supplemental Agreement to the Basic Agreement <br /> <br />providing for such additional services and related terms and <br /> <br />conditions, and this Council desires to approve and authorize the <br /> <br />execution of said Supplemental Agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />:0127 <br />
