<br />DES:djc 1/24/86 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Second Supplemental <br /> <br /> <br />Agreement Contract Administration and Inspection Consulting <br /> <br /> <br />Services - Seaport Boulevard Reconstruction Assessment District <br /> <br />Project" (form dated 1/24/86) by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and <br /> <br />Consultants, providing for certain consulting services relating <br /> <br />to the Project for a period of time not expressly limited as by <br /> <br /> <br />the Basic Agreement and First Amendment, a copy of which Second <br /> <br /> <br />Supplemental Agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
