<br />2.3.1 A separate monthly report summarizing inspections conducted by the <br />Council (or its representative) on behalf of the Agency wiLL also be <br />provided. <br /> <br />2.4 Develop a website (www.utilitvwebservices.com) to allow Agency to view <br />programmatic-related information using a unique login and password, not <br />including the Cooling Tower Conductivity Controller portion of the Program. <br />The below features will be available to enable Agency to: <br /> <br />2.4.1 Check the status of a particular customer's application and rebate <br />check. <br /> <br />2.4.2 Generate a customized report by selecting the data filters and exporting <br />the report to excel. <br /> <br />2.4.3 Filter this report based on selected criteria. The available criteria will <br />include: <br /> <br />2.4.3.1 By device type <br /> <br />2.4.3.2 Program type and/or building type <br /> <br />2.4.3.3 By application status <br /> <br />2.4.3.4 By status date. <br /> <br />2.4.4 Access the customer application data in service area. <br /> <br />2.5 Educate distributors, manufacturers, and trade representatives on the benefits <br />of the Program to create a network of sales people with the ability to promote <br />the Program. <br /> <br />2.6 Hire an account representative to assist in identifying and directly marketing <br />the Cooling Tower Conductivity Controller portion of the Program to the <br />maintenance vendors and/or chemical service companies. Efforts will be <br />coordinated directly with each participating water supplier to ensure intended <br />customers are targeted. <br /> <br />2.7 Provide coordination and information to aLL participants and facilitate <br />networking and identification of target customers. <br /> <br />3.0 Agency Responsibilities <br /> <br />3.1 Pay 100% of the Agency portion of the subsidized rebate money for the <br />interventions and values identified in Attachment A no later than December <br />31, 2006 or within 30-days of agreement execution. <br /> <br />3. 1 . 1 I n no event shall rebates be processed until Council receives Agency <br />portion of rebate monies. <br /> <br />3.1.2 Any subsidized Prop. 50 rebate monies not expended by December 31, <br />2007 may, at the Council's discretion, be returned to the pool. <br />
