<br />Statewide One-Stop Rebate Program <br />Agency Participation Agreement <br />Page 3 of 7 <br /> <br />3.1.3 All water supplier contributions not expended shall be returned to the <br />contributor within 60 days after the end of the Program. <br /> <br />3.2 Opt to receive unused subsidized Prop. 50 monies that are returned to the <br />rebate pool. <br /> <br />3.2.1 These monies will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis <br />to those water utility participants who have expended their grant <br />subsidy. <br /> <br />3.2.2 Such use of these Prop. 50 monies wiLL occur based on mutual <br />agreement between the Council and the Agency regarding the allocation <br />of additional subsidies. The additional subsidies shall be governed by <br />the terms of this Agency Participation Agreement. <br /> <br />3.3 Utilize the Council's Water Utility Avoided Cost Model to calculate, for <br />purposes of this program only, Avoided Costs in accordance with the Council's <br />Memorandum of Understanding no later than December 31, 2007. <br /> <br />3.4 Affirm that the Agency has submitted an Urban Water Management Plan to <br />DWR. <br /> <br />3.5 Assist with providing leads for marketing outreach for aLL commercial <br />interventions including providing a list of potentially interested customers in <br />this service territory; specifically hospitals and health-care facilities, and any <br />other potential commercial properties. <br /> <br />3.6 Provide the Council with a list of target customers with the below data fields <br />separated (one data field in each column): <br /> <br />3.6.1 Customer first name <br />3.6.2 Last name <br />3.6.3 Street address <br />3.6.4 City <br />3.6.5 Zip code <br />3.6.6 Phone number <br /> <br />3.7 Utilize the Council's eligible products list(s). <br /> <br />3.8 Refer customers to the Council's website for application information and the <br />most current eligible products list(s). <br /> <br />3.8.1 The Council requests that the products list(s) not be posted on Agency's <br />website nor distributed directly to customers as additional interventions <br />will be added to the list(s) of eligible products on a regular basis. <br />
