<br />6.2A <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Besides the Precise Plan, the City will also have to prepare an Environmental Impact <br />Report (EIR), Zoning and General Plan Amendments. <br /> <br />On January 9, 2007, the Planning Commission held a well-attended public hearing and <br />workshop in Redwood Shores for early public comment on the proposal and to identify <br />what issues should be addressed in the EIR (i.e.: "scoping''). About 100 residents <br />attended, with many writing down their comments on streams of "butcher paper" at various <br />break out tables.
