<br />6.2A <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />MIS (Gee/Borgens) recommend that the City Council initiate a Precise Plan for the <br />subject site. <br />Motion Passed 7-0 <br /> <br />Mr. Passanisi stated that this item will to initiate a Precise Plan be scheduled to the City <br />Council next month. The next steps would be to hire an EIR consultant at the end of the <br />month. The EIR should take around three to four months and in the summer of 2007 the <br />EIR should be available for review.
