The hereinabove described emergency access easement is <br /> <br />vacated pursuant to Streets and Highway Code Section 8333 (c) , <br />which permits local agencies to summarily vacate a public service <br />easement provided an easement has been superceded by relocation <br />and there are no other public facilities located wi thin the <br />easement . <br />3.
