<br />EXHIBIT -A- <br /> <br />a) The acquisition of clearing, grubbing, grading, fill, base, <br />pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveway openings, street <br />monuments, street signs, striping, median islands, traffic <br />control devices, surface and subsurface storm drainage <br />facilities, including mains, manholes with manhole frames and <br />covers, catchbasins, laterals and drop inlets, sanitary sewer <br />mains, including manholes with manhole frames and covers, <br />laterals and cleanouts, street lighting facilities, <br />underground electrical power distribution and service <br />facilities, underground communication transmission and service <br />facilities, natural gas transmission and service facilities, <br />water mains, valves, tees, fittings, hydrants and services in <br />Chesapeake Drive, Saginaw Drive, Penobscot Drive and Galveston <br />Drive. <br /> <br />b) The acquisition of sanitary sewer pump stations generally <br />located at the intersection of Penobscot Drive and Saginaw <br />Drive and at the northeast corner of Assessor's Parcel No. <br />054-321-100 adjacent to Galveston Drive together with sanitary <br />sewer force mains from the pump station first hereinabove <br />mentioned in Saginaw Drive to Chesapeake Drive running thence <br />in Chesapeake Drive to Galveston Drive and from the sanitary <br />sewer pump station second hereinabove described in Galveston <br />Drive to Chesapeake Drive thence to Seaport Boulevard. <br /> <br />c) The acquisition of a storm drainage pump station together with <br />all appurtenances thereto generally located 200 feet, more or <br />less, westerly of Penobscot Drive and 250 feet, more or less, <br />northerly of Galveston Drive together with a storm drainage <br />force main from said pump station running thence westerly to <br />Redwood Creek. <br /> <br />d) The acquisition of flood protection devices including levees, <br />walls, dikes, rip r-ap slope protection, and reinforcement of <br />electrical transmission tower legs and footings to accommodate <br />said flood protection devices, along the exterior boundary of <br />Parcel A and Par-cel B as shown on that certain Parcel Map <br />entitled "'Amended Map' Parcel Map No. 82-01" recorded in <br />Volume 55 of Parcel Maps at Pages 5, 6 and 87, San Mateo <br />County Records. <br /> <br />e) The acquisition of landscaping and irrigation within the <br />public rights-of-way of Chesapeake Dr-ive, Saginaw Drive, <br />Penobscot Drive and Galveston Drive. <br />
