<br />f) The acquisition of surface and subsurface storm drainage <br />facilities, including mains, manholes with manhole frames and <br />covers, catchbasins, laterals and drop inlets, sanitary sewer <br />mains, manholes with manhole frames and covers, laterals and <br />cleanouts, water mains, valves, tees, fittings, hydrants and <br />services within the following general alignments as shown upon <br />that certain map entitled "Seaport Centre Subdivision of <br />Parcel A 'Amended Map' of Parcel Map No. 82-1" filed in Volume <br />112 of Subdivision Maps at Page 6, San Mateo County Records: <br /> <br />1) along the southerly line of Lot I <br /> <br />2) along the easterly and southerly lines of Lot 2 <br /> <br />3) along the easterly line of Lot 4 <br /> <br />4) parallel to the southerly line of Lots 8 and 9, distant <br />northerly therefrom 44.12 feet <br /> <br />5) along the easterly line of Lot 9 <br /> <br />6) along the westerly line of Lot 12 from the hereinabove <br />storm drainage pump station to a point approximately <br />1,000 feet northerly thereof. <br /> <br />g) The acquisition of improvements in Chesapeake Drive across the <br />I ands of the Sou thern Pac i f i c Transporta t ion Company in <br />satisfaction of the granting of a public crossing across said <br />lands pursuant to Public Utility Commission Decision No. <br />69096, and all amendments or modifications thereto. <br /> <br />h) The acquisition of an emergency access easement and road <br />i n c 1 u din g c 1 ear i n g, g rub bin g, g r a din g, f i I I, bas e, p a v e me n t <br />and bollards, across the lands of the Southern Pacific <br />Transportation Company to the easterly line of Lot 10 as shown <br />on the hereinabove described Subdivision Map. <br /> <br />The acquisition of all lands, easements and rights of way and <br />of all work and improvements auxiliary to any of the above and <br />necessary to complete the same. <br /> <br />( i i ) <br />
