The specific findings supporting the determination that <br /> <br /> <br />such building is a public nuisance are stated in documents <br /> <br />attached hereto as Exhibit liB" and incorporated herein by this <br /> <br /> <br />reference. <br /> <br />3. The owner of the building at 3-9 Diller Street is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty (30) <br /> <br /> <br />days from the date of this hearing by (a) properly reconstructing <br /> <br /> <br />or repairing said building in accordance with all applicable <br /> <br />codes; or (b) razing and removing said building. <br /> <br />4.
