said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for <br />the replacement and/or repair of motors to the City. <br /> <br /> 2. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of E & M Electric & <br /> Machinery, is, and each of them are, hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3. All bids other than the aforementioned bid of E & M Electric & <br />Machinery, Inc. are hereby rejected. <br /> <br /> 4.
